I teach classically-inspired Pilates. Clients say my classes are fun, challenging, and ever-changing. (They also like the weird voices I make.)

Pilates allowed me to rehab and reconnect with my body after injuries incurred between weight lifting and yoga, starting in 2014.

I began student teaching in Denver in 2016, while completing a 600+ hour (and now-defunct) Classical teacher training program. I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist as of 2024.

I started teaching client workshops in 2023, including: Nuances of the Pilates Shoulder Connection, Intro to the Chair, and Build Up to Standing on the Reformer. (Contact me for more info, or to discuss workshops at your studio!)

Having worked under an Occupational Therapist for several years, I am confident working with clients that are pregnant/postpartum, youth athletes, anyone wanting to regain core strength and/or age well, hypermobile folks, and everything in between.

In my free time, I enjoy reading physical books, attending to my houseplants, and petting stray cats. Most importantly, you should know that I prefer sweet to savory snacks. 😁
