Cancellation Policy

All services have a 12 hour cancellation policy.

Refund Policy

Refunds and exchanges are not available for expired or partially used packages. Memberships auto-renew each month unless a request to cancel is received before the end of the current billing period. Services do not roll-over between billing cycles. Partial or full refunds are not available if membership is cancelled during the billing cycle. All purchases expire in the period listed from date of purchase.

Privacy Policy

Participant information will not be traded, share, sold, or spammed by j.pilates, with single-click unsubscribe links to opt-out of future communications in all mailings.

Virtual Class Recordings

Virtual services are recorded and may be posted in whole or in part on marketing, advertising, or membership platforms by j.pilates. Attending with your camera on signals your consent to use.
